unity in function…
the fingers!

等しさは違えど団結指五本

பல வண்ண மலர்கள்
நார் ஒன்றில் ....
ஒருமைப்பாட்டுணர்வு

*many coloured flowers
in a single fibre …
the feelings of integrity!

繊維なす色々な花統合や

கண்ணீர் கரைபுரண்டது
விற்ற வீட்டின்
சிட்டுக்குருவிகளுக்காக


*the tears overflowed
for the little sparrows…
we sold the house!

家を売り雀の子らに涙する

நீரில் மூழ்கினாலும்
மலர்ந்தன நீர் வட்டங்களாய்
குளத்தில் எறிந்த கல்

*though drowned
blossomed as water circles…
stone thrown in the pond!

石投げる池の水面に花が咲く
..............................................................

மரத்தை கொத்தாமல்
மரம் கொத்திகள் மௌனமாய்
சுற்றுச் சூழல் பாதுகாப்பு

*to protect the environment
refused to peck
the silent woodpeckers

つつき止む環境保護の啄木鳥や

..............................................

பறவை மீதமர்ந்து
வானத்தில் பறக்கலாம்
பரந்த மனப்பான்மை இருந்தால்


*sitting on the bird too
you can fly in the sky…
if broad-minded!

鳥に乗り空飛ぶ君は寛大や

தொடுவானத்தை தரிசிக்க
இனிய பயணமாய்
பிறந்த கிராமம் நோக்கி.

*for seeing the horizon
a sweet journey…
towards the home town!
