The Unmisted Love

The Unmisted Love

A visibly disturbed Dorothy hesitantly asked Edward in a low voice, "Honey, we have been dating for almost two years but you haven't spoken a word about your commitment so far," spilling her heart out unable to hold it back anymore.
Upon hearing this, a broad smile bloomed on his charming face, the very smile that was once enough to fulfill every emotional need of that gorgeous woman but has become increasingly insufficient to soothe her troubled mind battered by the ever-growing turbulent thoughts, the reasonable concerns of a thirty-year-old woman about the uncertainty of her future.
When he took out a small box from the bottom drawer of his writing desk and opened it saying, "I had been waiting for two long years to hear these words so that I could gift you this," the words "Dorothy-Edward 2017-forever" engraved on a diamond ring reflected from the spotless pupils of her sparkling eyes.
